Renault Megane R.S. Trophy-R 4th. Gen

The Renault Mégane R.S. Trophy R delivered new to its first owner by Renault Prince Tokyo in July 2015 came finished in Blanc Nacré with Recaro Pole Position seats, Akrapovič exhaust, Öhlins adjustable suspension and lightweight 19 inch Speedline wheels. I photographed it in the middle of winter with snow everywhere which made the situation a bit ironic because this manual front wheel drive car was sitting on summer tires. I started the drive carefully trying not to end up in a field while heading to the location, but to my surprise the car handled the conditions better than expected. While shooting I realized I had not even discovered its full character yet until I noticed the small RS button under the steering wheel. The moment I pressed it the Akrapovič exhaust finally came alive and the drive back suddenly became the best part of the whole day. Photos taken for Startstop.sk
